Cola Anyone?
There’s this small little cove hidden away in the hills of South Goa. 40 kms from Cavelossim and about 4 kms north of Agonda lies Cola Beach. Getting here is a task. Roads that will test your driving skills not forgetting navigation skills, but in the end it’s worth it.Walking down the flight of stone steps from the parking spot, you are greeted by tents and a single shack catering to this spot. Look right down and voila it’s a sweet water lagoon. This private stretch is simply awesome – uninterrupted and tranquil.
At Cola Beach lies a private property which also opens out to the public. The Blue Lagoon Paradise Resort allows you to sit and watch the waters from their property or you can stay at one of their many tents.
While you are the Blue Lagoon, make sure you eat some of the local delights. The Red Snapper freshly caught by the local fishermen was mouthwatering. We lunched on fresh fish, chips & rice. The service was a bit slow and you need to place lunch orders way in advance, but other than that everyone is friendly and chilled out.
After lunch called for a canoe ride in the lagoon. While some of my cousins went off exploring the waters, I sat on a rock in the middle of the lagoon and clicked photographers. Oh also got an amazing tan.

Excellent blog you have here but I was wanting to know if you knew of any community forums that cover the same topics discussed in this article? I’d really like to be a part of community where I can get responses from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Thank you!
